Avenged Sevenfold confirmed the dates for their "Life is But a Dream" tour in Latin America. The iconic U.S. heavy metal band will perform in Argentina on September 25 at the Movistar Arena at 9 PM. The show is being produced by Fenix Entertainment.
Last week, Avenged Sevenfold announced their long-awaited return to Latin America, including shows in Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and Puerto Rico—some of these countries haven’t seen the band in over 11 years. Buenos Aires will be the first stop on the tour.
Tickets for the Movistar Arena show will be available through the band's official website or the venue's ticketing platform. Ticket prices will range from $90,000 to $140,000.
In Brazil, the experimental band Mr. Bungle and Brazilian punk rock singer Karen Dió will join as support acts, while American artist Poppy will open in Mexico. Support acts for Argentina have not yet been confirmed.
"After more than 11 years, we’re thrilled to return for a proper headline tour. We’ve missed our Latin American fans!" the band expressed on their Instagram.

The current lineup includes M. Shadows (vocals), Synyster Gates (guitar), Zacky Vengeance (guitar), Johnny Christ (bass), and Brooks Wackerman (drums). Many of the dates for the Life is But a Dream tour have already sold out.
Life is But a Dream..., released in 2023, marks the band's return after a seven-year hiatus. The album is described as “designed to provoke and inspire, boldly expanding the new wave of American heavy metal with confidence, attitude, and intention." According to the band, it’s “a celebration and liberation of life that explores the possible illusion of free will and determinism.”
