The Mexican rock band The Warning, made up of sisters Daniela, Paulina, and Alejandra Villarreal, has announced the postponement of their upcoming concerts in Bogotá and Chile due to health concerns within the band.
In a heartfelt statement shared on their social media, the sisters explained to their fans that while their health situation is stable, they have not yet reached the necessary improvement to continue with the tour. As a result, they made the difficult decision to pause the tour and focus on their health back home, which means that their shows in Colombia and Chile will need to be rescheduled.
“We know this isn’t what you were expecting, and we truly appreciate all your support,” the band wrote. “The situation is stable, but we’re not at the point where we can move forward with the tour just yet. We need to take this time to recover and ensure we can continue performing for you in the future.”
Unfortunately, at this moment, the band has not yet announced new dates for the rescheduled shows, but fans can expect an update in the coming days through their official social media and the event promoter, Páramo Presenta.
The news comes after the band had to cancel their concert in Chile as well. The cancellation was also confirmed through the band's official social media channels, where they expressed their regret and apologized for the sudden inconvenience caused. They emphasized how much they understand the effort fans put into attending their shows and assured them that their health must come first in order to continue performing for their fans in the future.
“We are deeply sorry to inform you that, due to health issues, our show in Santiago cannot take place,” the band wrote in the post. “This is a decision that truly pains us, but at this moment, our health has to be our priority. We want to thank you for your understanding, support, and all the love you’ve shown us in Chile. We know how much you were looking forward to this night, and we hope to see you soon under better circumstances.”
